� Tours will depart from and return* to the Pennsylvania Convention Center's 12th & Arch Streets West Concourse.

(* Thursday evening tours will return to official PLA hotels. All other tours return to the Convention Center)

� Tickets are not distributed - all guests check-in via our reserved Guest List.

� The check-in desk opens 45 minutes prior to the start of each tour.

� Please check-in inside no later than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to receive your boarding pass.

� ALL TOURS DEPART ON TIME

� NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED FOR MISSED TOURS OR LATE ARRIVALS.
